Consider yourself in a exhibition where you cannot connect to the shipment responsible to get the number of cartons you that you can load on a pallet for a new customer.

If you have an internet connection you can simply calculate optimized pallet loads within seconds.

Step 1: Open onpallet.com

onpallet.com is a single page website. On the upper right side of the onpallet.com, you can see registraion button.

Home page of the onpallet.com looks like as below.

Step 2: Insert package data in to the form

Once you open the onpallet.com you will see the web form on the left side of the screen. You should enter package details in this form in order to calculate the pallet loading configuration.

Before starting to complete the field, you can choose between measurement units. You can choose either millimeters or inches; kilograms/pounds.

I prefer to use millimeters as in Turkey we use metric system.

You should enter below data of the form's respective areas:
  1. Enter length of the package in millimeters
  2. Enter width of the package in millimeters
  3. Enter height of the package in millimeters
  4. Enter package weight in kilograms.
Important Note: "You should be very careful with the maximum pallet weight. Epal states on its official website that their pallets could carry 1500 kgs gross weight. But using 1000-1200 kgs gross weight per pallet would be a more reasonable way."

Step 3: Insert pallet data in to the form

Once you entered package data, please proceed to the next area on the form, where you should fill the pallet data.

You should enter below data of the form's respective areas:

Select pallet type: You can choose Euro pallet, Industry Pallet, 40''x 48'' pallet half pallet and any other custom pallet with unique dimensions.
Enter pallet loading height in millimeters.

After completing required fields, your form should look like as below picture. Please press "Calculate" to proceed next step.

After you hit the "calculate" button, the system automatically make the single layer loading design.

If the single layer pallet loading plan seems ok please press "Select" button which is located on the right down side of the screen. (you can see select button the the picture below)
